As a supplier of goods and services to Michigan farmers,
we would like to invite you to participate in this year’s event!

Last year, we had over 700 people attend the Conference. Exhibitors are encouraged to promote their products and/or services and have the opportunity for direct sales at the conference.

Paid Exhibitor – $80

Booth fee (see enclosed registration form) includes lunch, 8-foot table and display area.  Additional people are $35 per person.  Please list all extra persons (from the same organization).  Exhibits must be free standing (cannot attach to walls or ceiling).  Reservations for vendor spaces last year were full. Spaces for this year’s conference will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

Information Table – Free

Set up for brochures, pamphlets, catalogs and other printed material.  This table will be will be accessible to people during breaks, lunches, prior to and after the conference.  We suggest that you send or bring 100-300 pieces of information that will be of interest to conference attendees.  We will be unable to return any leftover materials.  This table is free, but you still need to return the registration form (see link at top of page).

When will you be having another conference?

    • The conference is one time a year, usually on the 4th Saturday in January. However, we’ll be planning lots of year-round workshops and events for 2012! You can learn more by going to the website of our partner organization, ISLAND, at http://www.artmeetsearth.org.
